The wifi box worked great everywhere we went. It even worked better than connecting to the hotel websites. The box was delivered to our hotel and was ready for us when we checked in. Drop off at the airport (Narita) was easy and convenient. I would definitely use again.

I was in a group of 4, we used 2 pocket wifi devices and they were great! Everything that you would need was provided. The wifi connection was amazing in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
