Very simple ordering system. Very clear instructions

Easy, fast, reliable, and clear instructions on how to use the unit, drop off, etc. I will use this service again in the future. 🙂

Very reliable, fast internet connection and impeccable service. Highly recommended 🥰

I rent the portable wi-fi from Japan Wireless every time I come to Japan. It works flawlessly, costs very little, and significantly improves my enjoyment of my visits

Easy, convenient and great product provided. Every time when I visit Japan, I will book my wireless router via Japan Wireless. Kudos

Good quality product, strong signal and good battery life. Easy to collect and return.

Japan Wireless is a great service and their battery lasted a long time. We will definitely be using them again :)

We hired a pocket WiFi for our recent trip to Japan and it was perfect for our trip. Much easier than tracking down and signing in to WiFi spots as we travelled around. Easy pick up from airport and just dropped off before our flight home. Highly recommended

Second time user. Japan wireless has this rental system down to a science. The router was waiting for us at the hotel. It worked perfectly throughout our holiday in Tokyo and Kyoto. At the end of our trip we put the router, charger and spare battery in the provided envelope and dropped in the mailbox prior to going through security at Haneda airport.

I just retired and plan on making Japan a frequent destination. Japan wireless will be my only choice for internet provider.

I rented the pocket Wifi for 13 days. The coverage was great and the battery could last the whole day. Great service.
