I found this wifi very useful traveling in Japan as a person who only spoke English. I always had translation and map apps available to me. I could communicate with other people I was traveling with my messaging apps instead of expensive phone calls. They held their charge - there were only two times I had to use the backup power pack. And I could read my home newspaper or play games on long train rides. I recommend this to all travellers.

Japan wireless makes the pick up & drop off very easy! Product worked reliably for our whole trip & was cheaper than my phone provider! My go-to every time I visit Japan!

Very satisfied with Japan Wireless premium wifi. Visit Japan three times a year and have regularly used it and will continue to use it.

We used 7 days and work perfect.

I had eSim, 10GB fixed plan, used it for 8 days, it was easy to instal on iPhone and it worked flawlessly. It was my 2nd time I used Japan Wireless and I will certainly use it again nect time in Japan.

Great service all over Japan. Finding the kiosk in the airport was the difficult part. Other than that wifi was perfect the return was even better
