Pick up and return process is very easy, pick up from post office inside narita airport and it’s include return envelope which I dropped at the same place. Using is so simple just put the password then instantly connected to the internet! Very recommended!

I booked Japan Wireless a few hours before we landed in Narita due to a conflict with a prior pocket WiFi booking in Manila. I received a confirmation email and took the risk as my booking was made hours before we got to Japan! Fortunately, when we landed in Narita, I received an email from them that they made a way to accommodate the last minute booking. We received the pocket WiFi and was fast, reliable, and most importantly, had unlimited data. Pick up and drop off were smooth and did not encounter any problems or hassle. Will definitely book here again next time we go to Japan!
