Everything went very smoothly. Pick-up at hotel, device function and drop off at airport.

We rented a router from Japan Wireless for about 15 days. They delivered the router to our hotel quickly and responded to our inquiry in a reasonable timeframe. The cost was reasonable as well .
We were very happy the to have the router during our travels. They even provided a self addressed envelope, which made for an easy return. We would rent from Japan Wireless again.
