Would recommend this to everyone! It was the cheapest option for unlimited and it worked everywhere! Also the portable charger included is super useful.

So easy and had coverage everywhere! I was also able to connect multiple devices too.
Lifesaver during my month in Japan- went to Tokyo, Kyoto and Okinawa.

Every time I go to Japan I always go with Japan wireless as it is convenient and easy to use. They can send the product to your hotel, the airport terminal post office that you're arriving to, etc. Very flexible and convenient.
I also recently made a mistake where I got the dates wrong for my order. I was panicking and was scared I wouldn't be able to receive the pocket wifi on time for my arrival in Japan - got into contact with Japan wireless both through email and phone and they quickly rectified everything for me. My pocket wifi was there on time and they also refunded me as I made another purchase just to make sure I would get my pocket wifi on time for my trip (as it was my mistake that I got the dates wrong in the first place). Everyone was extremely caring and reassuring when I was panicking due to my own mistake. That kind of customer service made me very grateful that I have been using Japan wireless for so many years. 10/10 do recommend.

on my last trip to tokyo i used the japan wireless pocket wifi and was so impressed with its coverage that i bought my brother in law a year subscription for his own pocket wifi because he did not have internet coverage at his home and had limited data package with his cell phone provider.

Great service, reliable internet, easy to pick up / drop off, well priced

The pocket WiFi was delivered to our hotel on time. It worked great throughout Sapporo and Tokyo. Appreciate the extra power pack.

Easy to obtain and return. Worked great.

Had the pocket wifi waiting for me at the hotel. Convenient drop off at the airport.

C'est la 4ème fois que j'utilise Japan Wireless. Toujours fiable et performant. Je recommande vivement leur service.

This was so easy to use. The battery life was enough to last for the day and it was a bonus that you are provided with a batter pack. The pick up and drop off instructions were clear. You really can’t go wrong for the price. I would recommend and will be using again the next time I travel to Japan
