Great customer service, fast response, and great support! I have no complaints with my pocket Wi-Fi too! It's fast on most days, is convenient to take with me on trips around the country, and has an 8hr battery life before I plug it to a power-bank.

Japan Wireless was easy to order, pick up, and drop off and worked well.

excellent service! never failed and good data speed

This was the third time I rented premium wifi from Japan wireless. The router is easy to use and works well. Battery lasts long enough to take it on a day trip. The process to order and return is very easy. I recommend it!

Staying connected made us feel way less home sick. Having the ability to go live or to video chat at anytime with relatives made sharing the experience possible every step of the way. Thank you

Have used the wifi many times. From Tokyo to mountains of Shikoku. Never any issues. You can choose pickup or delivery.

I ordered two WiFi for our Diamond Princess Cruise that went around Japan. They worked great at every port and even worked on the ship as long as you have site of land.

We rented it for 21 days and it worked perfectly. We had good network all the time with the exception of 1 day for about 2 hours. The battery lasted normally the whole day. A couple of times we had to use the power bank we added to our rental. The instructions on how to mail it back were clear. We found the postbox at Haneda airport easily. And the price for it with the full insurance was very affordable. 100% would recommend this service.

Timely delivery. Good coverage and signal strength.

Travels from Tokyo to Osaka and had great connection anywhere we were. Highly recommend. Affordable
