delivery and giveback perfectly easy and efficient. device working very well. it only stopped once but it waseasy to reactivate. supplementary battery non sufficient: it had a very limited autonomy. fortunately we had one spare withe us

I have been many times in Japan.
This time it was so easy and comfortable as I was connected everywhere I wished.
It isn´t cheap but extremely convenient and I will definitely use it on every trip from now on.

Everything was easy and comfortable: the booking, the pick up, the return.
The device is very small and powerful, I did rarely need the extra battery.

You can share with your partner/friends and have several devices connected. We always had very good connection.

È il secondo viaggio in Giappone e per la seconda volta ho noleggiati "Japan wireless". Funziona benissimo. L'ho ritirato all'aeroporto e mi è bastato metterlo in una busta per rispedirlo al mittente. Super consigliato.
