Awesome!

Delivery was as requested to my hotel. Very easy to operate, and neatly packaged. Easy to return. Couldn't fault the reception. Often the wifi would go to sleep, but simply a matter of turning it on again. I didn't use the powerpack, but was good to have that option. I will definitely use again.

This was the third time I ordered Japan wireless, never had any problems, very easy to pick it up and return it at the AirPort. Good connection in all places that I have travelled in Japan!

The pocket wifi was extremely easy to pick up via the instructions/map provided. It was also extremely easy to return with their provided prepaid envelope. There are lots of mail drop off locations.

We got service basically everywhere we went from Tokyo to Osaka. Internet was fast and reliable and was instrumental from getting around place to place. Got basically a full day use from 2 users from 7am-5pm. The pocket wifi also comes with a power bank so we had no lapse in service due to running out of power.

I would definitely pick this up again when I'm back in Japan.

I ordered and used the Japan wireless premium package - the device worked really well in all locations (Miyajima Hiroshima Osaka Kyoto).

The whole process from ordering, receiving the device/package, using it and returning was very easy (and clear instructions provided too).

Easy to use, great coverage and battery life.

The customer service is incredible. While our trip, the back end service provider SoftBank had a major outage. Customer support notified us of the outage and worked to get us replacement units very quickly. When one of those units died shortly thereafter, they send another unit immediately. They reached out to me to fix the initial problem and Sayed with me until everything was right. The Wi-Fi itself was fast and reached everywhere, even in the subways. I would definitely use the service again next trip. They've got your back!
