Stayed in 4 locations over 8 days and never lost service. Excellent

My house in Osaka had horrible cellular reception, so bad my phone would get hot. I had Japan wireless send directly to my mailbox. I quickly set it up and put it upstairs. My wife and I connected to it and away we went. Thanks Japan Wireless!!!

Mainly worked wery well. Wondering that not installed automaticly but need set up manualy. Būt instructons were correct.

It was my first trip to Japan and my mobile device was not unlocked, so I could not switch sim cards. This left me going the WiFi route, which led me to this website after some browsing. It worked as said with WiFi that never throttled and even worked in the subways. If I had to do WiFi again I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless as the option to choose.

Is the best! No hassles and reception everywhere!!

Solid connection over my 15 day trip in Japan. No issues in coverage or speeds.

Was fantastic to have the wifi. The process was easy and efficient. Internet access was great and incredibly helpful. Many thanks

excellent wireless throughout our tour of Japan october 2025.

Worked really well, no issues at all and connected easily. Setup was easy too and coverage was 100% between Tokyo as far as Osaka from my experience.

Highly recommend. Prompt replacement service after the initial unit did not hold battery charge.
New unit worked perfectly and held battery life for entire day.
Worked well everywhere we went in Japan.
