This was the first time for us to try such a device for internet access in Japan. It worked flawlessly. The signal was very good and reliable, the battery life time was more than sufficient for a full day, and the whole process to pick up the device and return it again was very well organized. I will definitely use this company and this device again.

The pocket wifi came in really handy for navigating my way around Tokyo and Kyoto. I was able to use Google Maps with internet since Japanese laws don't allow you to download offline maps. Wifi was still going strong even up high when I went to Mt. Fuji!

was satisfied with the service.

This WiFi gave us great connection throughout our 11 day trip through Japan. Well worth the money!

worked well and helped me while I was out in the city with friends

This pocket WiFi is no doubt the best one out there. After charging throughout the night, it lasted all day and was extremely convenient. It had service 95% of the time and would be faster than the WiFi provided in hotels, Airbnb’s, or any public WiFi. Picking up and returning was extremely simple. Will use again when I go to Japan. 10/10

This is a must when traveling from overseas! Pick up/drop off was easy and super easy to use! We charged it every night but you could probably go a day and a half before charging. WiFi stayed consistent the whole time. Will definitely be using this again on our next trip.

Only think I can regreted is the battery are older. Many charges. The other items are right. Excelent. Maybe a few low price much better. 2,4€ a day I have 1gb at home :) is not the same but :)
Thanks for your service.

Nice custom service and the Internet got good quality (Tokio and near Mt. Fuji)

Worked really well to keep everyone online and happy.
