Easy to use, reliable, more than 1 full day of batterie. Just what you need in Japan.

Wonderful.

This was a great deal for 2 weeks use that included a backup battery. We always had wifi service and setting it up with our phones was easy. The instructions were easy to follow. And returning the pocket wifi was simple: just put it in the return envelope and drop it in the mailbox. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Worked like a charm - always worked, simple to setup, unlimited data, good price. Easy to receive and return, also.

My family and I (4 people) shared a JW hotspot for 11 days in July this summer. We stayed in Tokyo, Gora, and Kyoto. It worked extremely well, very fast, and with the exception of a couple of times in the subway stations, had no connection problems. Two of us had already had internet connectivity through our cel phone companies but JW was significantly faster, so that's what we all ended up using. After all of the fees, it ended up being around $8 per day. And...the extra battery included was so great! If you're out for a full day of sightseeing, you will be glad you had it.

It was very easy to get going and the the service was great. The download speeds were excellent. The only tiny problem I had was the initial delivery to my hotel only mentioned my name, not the name of the reservation, but it was resolved quickly and we only missed a few hours of having it. Thanks!

I picked this pocket Wifi at Narita Airport (which was convenient because it was located at my terminal and helped me navigate to my AirBnB after landing). Lasts throughout the day. I had three people linked to the pocket wifi including myself and it never slowed down. Would recommend if you’re travelling throughout Japan as some AirBnBs don’t offer pocket wifi or their GBs are low. We ended up using over 500GB for a three week vacation. Amazing and fast device and easy to return. Would recommend this pocket wifi to anyone!

Only problem I had was that it didn't deliver to the Air Bnb but this product was great and really easy to use. Customer service is also really fast at responding to any questions. Overall it was great!
