Great service

I'm a repeat user/customer. JW is a great company to work with. Anytime I had the slightest issue, JW handled my concerns immediately, quickly, and provided extended services. I travel to Japan about 4-5 times a year, and always use JW. I recommend using them, and have suggested to co-workers that also have had great services. (Issue I had last time I had an issue, was the battery ran down fairly quickly, and it was immediately replaced.)

The wifi connection is always fast and stable. The battery also lasts for a very long time which is useful for staying outside for extended hours. Picking up and sending back the items is also very easy. Will definitely use this service again when I come back to Japan.

Japan Wireless' Premium Wi-Fi was the perfect travel companion for my trip. Just follow the well organized instructions provided by the company. Don't forget to charge it every night, like your phone/tablet and you will stay connected!

Worked great

We were four using the pocket wifi. From ordering on line, to pickup (at Narita airport) to use all over Tokyo, to return back to Japan Wireless this was seamless and the service was great. There was a backup battery pack that I never had the need to use - the battery on the pocket wifi lasted all day. I strongly recommend the pocket wifi and will use this service again.
