I am very pleased with the wifi through japan-wireless.com. We had a 2 week JR Rail Pass and traveled just about the entire country and never once had any problems. We never went without WiFi! It was so simple to mail back, I put it in the provided envelope and mailed it from the Haneda Terminal before going through airport security. Such ease of use and excellent service.

Pro:
1. Delivered to hotel on time.
2. Easy to use and deliver back.
3. Most important-- strong wifi signal everywhere all the time.

I hired a Japan Wireless WiFi router for my recent trip to Japan. I ordered it in Sydney the day before I arrived and it was waiting at my hotel. We could connect all our devices, excellent connection and very easy to use. No problem worrying about excess data charges or no wifi zones. Very small and fits in pocket or handbag. Great service and product, I would highly recommend.

Convenient pick up and return at the airport. The back up battery was a plus.

I have a great experience with the service and the wifi connection. Everything requested is as stated and far exceeded the expectations. As we need the wifi the soonest possible and they were able to send it at an earlier time. I will definitely rent again with this company when I am in Japan.
