Fantastic device, strong network coverage,we took it all over japan with us and never lost the signal once.
The range is very good too. We had 5 devices streaming upstairs and downstairs and it handled them all.

My carrier Verizon only offered 0.5 gb high speed data on the international plan in Japan for $10 a day. This was super affordable (I think half the price). I had it delivered to my hotel. It was there when I arrived. It was reliable — I think I had signal at every place except a restaurant that was underground. The battery lasted about 5 hours. We had two devices hooked up to it. I used the spare battery to charge and it was great. The device itself is very light and about the size of a small cell phone. When I left, I put it in the envelope and gave it to the hotel to put in mail. Very easy. I highly recommend!
