Having unlimited data and the extra battery was very helpful during our trip. We needed access everywhere to WiFi for Google translate.

Due to COVID and a family emergency, I was not able to try your services in Japan. However, I really appreciated how efficiently you accommodated changes to my itinerary and refunded the fees when I ultimately had to cancel my trip. I will try your services the next time I travel to Japan. Thank you.

Very good product. You can use it everywhere in Japan. Recommended.

Translator helped me communicate easier with my Okinawan family members. A very simple device with broad enough vocabulary. I also had a wifi pod so that helped me use the translator “online” which offered the larger vocabulary. Would definitely recommend this simple device.

Every time we visit Japan, we use this service. It works so well and is easy to receive and return. It helped us so much and not require cell service. Highly recommend!

This is not the first time I used a Japan Wireless pocket WiFi device, and I never had a complaint. No issues at all while using it, and pickup and return of the device was easy.

Recommended.
