Great Service and Coverage

The pocket Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and made our trip more enjoyable by allowing us to stay connected to google maps and google translate. Even better than our hotel Wi-Fi. Well worth the money spent.

I have been using portable WiFi everytime I go to Japan. This is the first time I used this provider. This one works great. I went all around Tokyo and then to Sapporo. It worked both times.

We picked up the mobile pack to keep in touch while touring in Japan at out hotel & returned via post at the airport. It was a great asset to have to access the internet when and where we wanted. I would thoroughly recommend investing in this to enhance you holiday experience.

This Pocket Wifi worked flawlessly. It supported 3 phones for 10-12 hours on one charge. Because of it's small size, you can easily carry it in your pocket or backpack. I highly recommend this device while in Japan.

This was a very useful device on our trip to get around Japan, searching for information and staying connected to loved ones back home. It was a very reliable device and easy pick-up and drop off at the airports.

Fast, reliable and good service. I can't ask for anything else.

Super easy to organise and return. Cannot recommend this service enough! Fast and reliable internet that catered for my partner’s high usage :))

Amazing and essential piece of hardware if you're planning to visit Japan. It will make your trip incredibly easier. The device will offer 4G high-speed connectivity, which will work literally everywhere. In two weeks, I only experienced a moment (frankly no more than a few minutes) where the 4G network was down. And it was not in a subway train, as the premium wifi will work always in subway lines (tried those in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka).

Very good customer service made everything easy.
