I collected from Narita Airport. The package came with a portable charging bank, a compatible wire, a case, also a return envelope. The instructions were very helpful for both setting up the device and finding the pick up point/drop off point (post box). The signal and the battery life were great. Only needed a top up charge if I was out from morning to bedtime. The charging time was super fast. Thanks Japan Wireless! Will definitely be using again on future trips :)

The device is reliable and practical, and coverage was excellent throughout our travels in Japan. Japan Wireless were very accommodating and their process is simple and convenient. Highly recommended.

When we arrived to Japan we had completely forgotten to preorder a wireless WiFi. On our first day we where super tired and completely forgot again so 2nd day we ordered one not expecting it for about 3 days but withing a couple of hours it was dropped to our hotel with a free power bank and charging lead with a return envelope that we posted the day we flew out. Great signal as my son had it in his backpack paying for an item in the far end of a shopping mall while I was outside and I was still getting signal. Easy to use. Fast service highly recommend

Hands on, one of the best decision I made when traveling to Japan. Easy to setup on android devices and extremely useful as I did't have to cary around a a wifi router and a powerbank around with me.
This is perfect for someone who is staying less than 30 days in Japan and will use it for map guidance and day to day use of social media apps. This is not an option for streaming video or watching netflix or youtube on the go, as you will hit your daily maximum if doing so.

Japan Wireless WiFi should be an essential purchase for your trip. We picked it up at the airport and were connected with fast, reliable Internet for our entire trip. It makes it so easy to find places, perform quick translations and check social media. I honestly don't think our trip would have been as good without it.
