Excellent service. Ease to pick up and drop off. No problems with the wifi , in the future for sure I’ll use it again.

Japan wireless is a must for anyone who is traveling around Tokyo and doesn't speak Japanese. Easy to use and great battery life allowed us to travel with ease and always connected

It was very easy to access at the airport. And using the device was simple. To avoid sudden battery drainage, be sure to charge fully before taking out - it seems to maximise the battery life. Overall, it was worth the money and I would recommend it.

I have been very satisfied with the pocket wifi. Excellent coverage and very good battery life. Everything was perfect.

I've been renting my wifi device from Japan Wireless for several years now. During this period, they have always delivered flawlessly ---seamless, no hassle and easy to communicate with. I'm pleased to give them my business and have recommended them to friends traveling to Japan.
