I traveled from Tokyo, all over Hokkaido, Osaka, Kyoto and the service was always reliable. I believe I've used Japan Wireless the last 3 times I have traveled throughout Japan.

Easy to return! No hassle pick-up

Pickup was easy and quick. Very convenient to drop it off into postal box at Haneda Airport. Would definitely use their service again.

This made the trip! Without the wifi unit I would have had to use my own carrier at extra rates. With Japan Wireless I had full internet coverage wherever I was!

I pre-ordered, picked up my package with no wait, connected, and didn't think about it again for 2 weeks. Thank you!

Easy and stabil wifi to go 🙏🏽
