Recomendo para quem precisar de Internet no Japão. Funciona perfeitamente!

Highest praise possible for Japan Wireless for me! The box arrived even quicker than expected. It had great battery life, lasted all day. The value of my package was great and affordable even with add-ons included. The returns process was so easy as well, which made me feel very relaxed. You'd be hard pressed to find a better option, I will be booking again next time I visit!

We ordered the Wifi-Pocket in advance and had it shipped to the hotel. It was ready on arrival. Very user friendly, strong Wifi everywhere...en easy to return. Super!!!!

The provided information was excellent. I could pick and use the device without any problems. Also the internet connection was with excellent quality. I will recommend this product to anyone visiting japan. Thank you!

Made the trip very easy.

Portable wi-fi have been me and my wife’s go to solution for internet both times in Japan, and it just works great. All the communication before, during, and after surrounding how to use, pick up, and leave the wi-fi is great and it worked very well in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, Magome, Tsumago, Nara, Osaka. No doubt it works great elsewhere as well.

Excellent service, product working perfectly everywhere, simple and effective procedures.

I ordered pocket wifi for second time visiting japan. I used japan wireless 5 years previously and had a flawless experience. I ordered again from japan wireless because they have quality equipment and free delivery to hotel. Unfortunately I had medical emergency prior to arrival and could not cancel my order in time. I called japan wireless and they promptly refunded my charges. Very understanding company and staff. I will use them for sure in the future. KGee, Sacramento, California

Work very good throughout the main island of Japan. Very recommended.

Love the easy online process to reserve. Pickup was easy, right inside Haneda airport on 2nd floor. Fast, reliable and easy to use.
