Worked and convenient

Excellent service!!!

100% coverage (travelling Tokyo, Kyoto and Ishigaki Island), good connection speed at all times, very convenient way to collect and give back the device (postbox). Competetive cost of rent.

It was easy to pick up and drop off. I would highly recommend to family and friends visiting Japan.

That was the second time we used Japan Wireless in Japan. We ordered the WiFi-Router to our Hotel. The connection was always very good. I can really recommend the service (Hotel pick-up) and the reliable connection.
Best regards from Germany

Have used Japan Wireless on multiple trips. Delivery is flexible and has always been problem free. Cell coverage has been reliable, Wifi connect easy and effortless, and the extra battery is a great bonus. Return equally as easy.

Rent and use with confidence!

I had a great time! the connection is fast.
Super recommended for travelling in peace

Very good customer service!

all was perfect, worked well and we were very happy

I highly recommend Japan wireless for portable WiFi. This is my second time using this company and each time they deliver quality service which is easy to use. The price is also reasonable for the quality.
