Arrived at hotel in Tokyo to find the device safely delivered. Switched it on and connected easily - high speed connection constantly. Battery lasted all day most days but with the battery pack supplied there was no chance of it running out.

We have loved having this for our 30 day trip. We have used it everday for all excursions and it hasnt failed us once. Smooth high speed connection for all our needs while travelling and down time when we want to catch up on life and shows back home. We couldn't have imagined our trip without it. Worth every penny.

I organised at the last minute and they still were able to accommodate me. Easy to use and return was through the mail.

Easy to find at the airport and fast to get Wi-Fi connection. During the stay never crushed and battery was always enough at the end of the day. Really recommend

I ordered online n picked up the pocket WiFi at Haneda Int’l Airport. Signal was good n stable during my 8 days in Tokyo n Mt Fuji area. It ran for 8-9 hours to recharge, very good. Simple to return, just put everything into the return envelope n dropped off in the mail box at the airport before you entered to the security check. Highly recommend.
