I was wery pleased with the router - it worked perfectly all the time everywhere and made life much easier in every situation.

The service is perfect as described in the website. Connection is stable and quite fast. For sure i will use it again next time.

Was tricky to find the device on the airport to pick it up on arrival, but once I found it, it worked perfectly for the whole time I spend in Japan. Thx a lot for that great service, if I travel again to Japan japan-wireless will for sure be again in my pocket.

The Premium Wi-Fi router worked perfectly throughout my short stay in Japan. It looked new and the battery life was good (although charging seemed slightly slow, not a big deal). Only issue I had did not really concern Japan Wireless’, it was the hotel reception who received the package before my arrival/check-in, and no one seemed to be aware and able to locate it until much later even though the package had been received. Perhaps what Japan-Wireless courier could help in future is to explicitly give instruction to hotel reception to expect a guest will be asking

Happy with the service. We used it for 4 to 10 people and got good speed in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Mt. Fuji footing area, Nara, Hiroshima.
We did not have problem with connection when riding trains and buses.
