Great device for short time travelers.

We had a great experience with Japan Wireless during our stay in Japan. The Wi-Fi signal worked perfectly in all places we were. It was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. When support was needed, the answer was quick and effective. We will surely hire this service again on our next time in Japan.

Highly recommended. Easy to book online, timely communication and friendly service. Despite a sudden change due to a flight cancellation, they delivered to our hotel for a very reasonable cost.

Very good wifi strength and last a long time before needing to charge

Our WiFi device arrived perfectly on time to our hotel prior to our arrival in Japan, it worked perfectly for the three weeks we spent there and returning it was as easy as putting everything back in a supplied envelope and giving it to the Consierge at out last hotel

This pocket WiFi is reliable, I never had a connection problem with it!
The battery might not cover an all-day use but there is an extra power bank provide so it’s ok.
And the return is the easiest: you can just mail it at the airport!

Great product! This WiFi was very reliable throughout the whole country. We often used the portable WiFi instead of the hotel WiFi because it was simply faster. I would definitely recommend getting this if you’re traveling to Japan
