Il servizio è preciso e puntuale , il prezzo forse alto ma compensato da un servizio clienti pressoché perfetto . Se mi servirà sicuramente sarà mia cura utilizzare nuovamente J-Wireless.
I was very satisfied with the pocket Wifi. It was already at the hotel lobby when I arrived and I had just to put it in the mail box of the airport when I went back.
Super easy to use and to order. Picked it up at the airport post office and dropped it off at the same spot, right before flying back home.
Also got a power bank with the pocket wifi, but the one we got didn't work properly. Didn't need to charge it during the day anyway, so it didn't matter. But it's a, and the only, reason that I gave this product 4 stars

This was great to have for our weeklong trip to japan. It worked all when we went to Kyoto for a couple of days as well. We would've been so lost without our wifi
Got me the 30 days Sim Card plan and everything went fine. Took me a little bit to set it up, but it worked. Just wish I could use the plan to connect my computer when I needed, but it was not possible. I connected to the phone but couldn’t get it to really use the data plan. Price is good comparing to other ofers.
It worked efficiently and it was easy to use and return back. The extra battery was also very helpful.
Quando siamo arrivati in albergo il nostro router wireless ci stava aspettando: in pochissimi minuti lo abbiamo attivato ed abbiamo connesso i nostri dispositivi. E' stato utilissimo, direi vitale nei nostri giorni in Giappone! Con la batteria ricaricabile (in dotazione) inoltre, abbiamo avuto i nostri dispositivi sempre attivi, anche quando dovevamo uscire la mattina e rientrare la sera!
5 stelle meritatissime, lo riutilizzeremo sicuramente per altri viaggi!
