Did everything needed

Easy pickup and return. Good coverage in Tokyo and Kyoto. Will use this service again.

I have any problems, on the contrary it works so well.

Very easy to use device even by non-expert people. I haven't encountered any connection problems despite having traveled all over Japan. The collection of the device (in the hotel) and the delivery of the device at the airport were perfect.

Terrific service throughout our stay in Tokyo! Battery was fantastic and lasted the whole day without needing to be plugged in. Pick up and drop off went smoothly with instructions.

Easy to use and a staple of our trip, would definitely book again on our next trip.

Strong 5G signal anywhere

Worked seamlessly for us

Easy to purchase and better than international roaming.easy setup also...i used the fixed data package which was more than sufficient

Easy to use and share with a group of people. Small, so it doesn’t used up much space.
It delivers to your hotel and we got ours upon arrival and a returned post when we want to return them.
