Everything worked fine. It was the cheapest service which I could find, and very reliable.

I really enjoyed picking up the MiFi at the Airport in Fukuoka and it was fully charged! And to make things even better, You had a spare Portable battery pack/charger with it to use. I never lost a signal or went without an internet Connection. I will always use Japan Wireless on my trips to Japan.

When you’re still not aware of how it works, these guys they make it super easy on you. You just pay and find it waiting for you at your airport with an extra envelope with an already printed address on it to use it when you’re shipping it back. So you just drop it at the post office in one second!
Power bank is also included, you literally only need to charge. Amazing coverage also.
I had some enquirers before I travel which they also replied to in a matter of couple hours via email.

Perfect experience with Japan-Wireless. Wifi is so good and return process is very simple

having availed the Japan Wireless wifi was the best thing, travelling around Japan, with a very fast wifi and there was no low signal moments or any LAG moments on my connection. It was also very convenient for me, upon arrival I just had to claim it at the airport and it was ready for use (even fully charges, both router and battery bank).. and upon leaving Japan, it was hassle free. they provided a pre-addressed mailing envelope, so i just had to seal it up and drop it at the mailbox. i highly recommend this one.

I purchased the unlimited subscription and was very satisfied. During our trip, we frequently used the internet to find our way, translation, research, and planning. The battery life was exceptional! The unit itself lasted 6-8 hours and the extra battery was a good backup. Remember to power-off when you are back at your hotel/base wifi!
