Fast collection from the airport and fabulous service for our entire trip! We had five devices connected and travelled all over Japan. I will absolutely use this service again, Thank you.

Is expensive, but essential. Very good performance, the battery lasts a lot. But do not forget the additional charger if you go out at night, after all day out.

Ordering was easy, I received a detailed email about how and where to pickup the device upon arrival at the airport. Easy setup. The device, as well as a supplementary battery and a charger+cord was delivered in a practical pouch and with an return envelope. Very convenient service, I always
had fast internet access everywhere I went. So practical for google maps and navigating the metro system!

As always, they met my expectations.

We received our requested mobile Wi-Fi set in time ready for us at Conrad hotel Tokyo. With two sets of smart phones attached to Wi-Fi, charged battery was drawing quick but extra battery charger provided by the company was helpful. Set was in a perfect condition. Will recommend to others and do it myself again. Dropped at hotel, another convenient way of returning the set without stress.

wifi is super effective even in the underground trains. just be sure you have the power bank with you if you're going to keep the device on for the whole day!
