Fantastic and easy!

Device was awesome and always had service. Never a down moment. Thanks!

Very good

I had a great time in Japan and your service worked excellent.

Super convenient service with easy pick up and return at Narita post office. Easy to carry. Reliable during our 2-week trip. Cost effective for our family. Highly recommended for foreign travelers.

Great communication, easy to order, pickup and drop off. Would likely go with a SIM next time as the WIFI battery did not last a full day out, though it was nice to have the charger as a backup.

Was easy to order online, pickup and drop off. Everything worked as expected. No drama. I used it in Tokyo, Fuji 5 Lakes and Yokohama.

This was a great decision whilst travelling around Japan. No need to worry about finding different wifi options and still able to use in rural areas. Would highly recommend!

Pocket wifi was great. Easy pick-up at Narita, and it worked well throughout our stay. We had wifi whenever and wherever we needed it, and were able to use it on all our devices. Quick and easy return at the airport when we left.

Very good
