I took a chance by renting a pocket wi-fi and I am glad I did. The service was accurate and it was easy to use. I requested for the device to be delivered to my hotel and it was there when I arrived. Instructions were easy to follow as well as the trouble shooting. The reception was strong and I was able to use no matter where I was. I would definitely rent from them again.

i have used Japan Wireless now in 5 successive trips to Japan over the last 3 or 4 years. Receiving the unit has always worked well, whether at the airport or my hotel, and returning by mail is trouble-free.

The wireless service works well and I have never had issues with a poor connection or trouble getting connected.

Japan Wireless its my go to provider for this service and I can really recommend them.
