I was traveling with my family in Tokyo and I knew I had to reserve wireless hotspot so we can have easy access to all day WiFi use so I rented 2 units. It was easy and economical. Don’t go sign up with your phone carrier and pay expensive fee per day. Instead rent the wireless hotspot and you will be glad you did. I highly recommended and rental from Japan-Wireless was super easy!!!

Rented a pocket wifi. Picked it up in one airport and mailed it 10 days later from another airport.
It was very fast even though we were 4 users. Easy to use, just perfect! Will use again next time we fly to Japan

I've used Japan wireless both times when traveling in Japan. Pickup and delivery is really easy, setting up the router is easy and the additional power bank lets you stay connected all day and more even with multiple units connected. Will use this service again, for sure.

Waiting at the hotel and dropped off with no problem. Would use again our next trip to Japan.
