Excellent, smooth procedure for picking up and dropping off the pocket wifi at the airport. Powerful and long battery life (kept all day), strong and reliable signal.

This was my first time renting a pocket Wi-Fi and the experience was fantastic. The process is so easy and well-explained. The entire process is explained online so there was no worry once I arrived in Japan. Once I received the product, the pocket Wi-Fi worked wonders. I had signal even in the mountains in Matsuyama. I was able to get around by myself due to this pocket Wi-Fi. A DEFINITE must for those traveling in Japan!!

We had the pocket wifi for 2 weeks in September. It was there waiting at the hotel when we arrived and returning it was simple, we just had to pop it in a prepaid envelope and post it off.
The pocket Wi-fi itself was great, battery lasted all day with continuous use and signal was excellent pretty much everywhere. I would highly recommend the product especially if needing to use google maps or translation apps!

Collection was very easy in the airport, was immediately useful in making sure we stay connected to check train times and to share our holiday with our friends. By the time we had to return the dongle at the end of our trip it was a mildly emotional parting as it was with us literally everywhere during our trip in Tokyo.
