The wifire and velocity were amazing. If I come back to Japan, I will rent it again for sure.

Good connection coverage, good speed, excellent convenience. Always recommended.

Very satisfied with the service. Easy ordering. Easy pickup at postopffice @ Narita Intl. No bugs or issues at all during my 11 days stay in Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka. Recommended!

I highly recommend Japan Wireless. We used 2x 15 day sim cards, to complaints at all. Easy to collect and set up on our Android phones, fast internet for our entire stay.

Excellent quality, excellent service, easy to use. I used data sim card with Samsung A50. All good.

It was a good option to be connected and have wi fi all over Japan

I was very pleased with both the pocket Wifi and Kazuna voice translator. I didn't lose connection at any point, that I was aware of, in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, or Nagano. The connection was always fast. I will definitely use this service again if I return to Japan.

good product, good service, easy pick-up, easy delivery, always on line

Fantastic

Have used the pocket wi-fi device from Japan Wireless for nearly two weeks in Tokyo and in adjoining cities e.g. Kawagoe, Chiba, Nagano, Gunma etc. and the performance of the internet and reliability is top notch. There was never a time when the performance dipped. Moreover, the device and connectivity were extremely reliable. Put it in the pocket or a handbag and the iphone kept connected without any loss.

Highly recommended.
