It's my first time using pocket wifi and this went above my expectation. The instructions and maps on the website were clear and everything went accordingly. I received the package which was delivered to the hotel. The usage was smooth, although I'd hope that the pocket wifi would come in full battery or will last as long as it claimed, it didn't; therefore manage your battery resource carefully. The speed and network was consistent in Osaka and in Kyoto, Inari Shrine. Returning it was simple because the returning package has all the address in (at first I thought I'd to write down the address but I didn't need to). The postbox at the airport was easy to find. Pack everything back in, seal it, drop it in the postbox. Done! Will definitely use their service again. Love the unlimited pocket wifi.

Easy, seamless process - ordered online, delivered to my hotel. I used it constantly for the 3 weeks I travelled in Japan. I posted it back in the supplied cardboard mailer.

This little device was an absolute god send to us on our trip to Japan. Never had a problem with it at all. So easy to order (straight to our hotel) and then repack in provided envelope and the hotel ( The Groove in Shinjuku) posted it back for us. Could not have been easier.

We used this mobile wifi during our 12 day trip and it was perfect! We were able to use GPS, mobile apps and everything we needed, all day long and in all areas we traveled, with no speed or service issues! Receiving and returning the equipment was very easy. We will definitely use this method again on our next trip!

The eSIM was very easy to buy. Bought it a couple of days before our trip to Japan. Activation was easy. The instructions needs some updating to the latest iOS versions, but was still easy to follow. I don’t really recommend hotspotting off it as you are limited to 3 gb per. Although, it might be sufficient for just some light browsing. Internet connection is invaluable as Google maps will be your main reference on how to get to places.
