We used this for our trip to Japan, it was fantastic! It held its charge for the day running GPS and maps, and the back up battery pack was perfect to charge our phones too! Would definitely recommend to use these. Seamless pick up, it was waiting at our hotel for us, and easy drop off at the airport when we were finished.

I enjoy the great service and features that Japan Wireless has to offer each time for my business trips to Japan. I only wish that I have a discounted coupon for every reservation which is very rare (less than 10%).

We always use Japan Wireless and are very satisfied with it. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere but the service is excellent. We would not hesitate to use the service again.

Have always had positive results renting from Japan Wireless. No blind spots and long lasting battery. Pick up at hotel and drop into mailbox at airport

I used it for a week, mostly in Tokyo Disney Resort area. Sometimes it got disconnected (2-3 times in a whole week), but everything was back fine once it’s restarted. The only problem is that the USB cable couldn’t work properly (it’s getting loose). Luckily I got my own. But in overall it’s great. It’s really easy to use, collect, and return. Really helps a lot for my trip in Japan. Will rent from Japan Wireless again when I visit Japan again.
