Repeat traveler to Japan and used before.
So easy and well priced.
Will even be advising to my Japanese partner when she goes home.

Perfect everytime also in underground

This service is absolutely essential for visiting Japan especially if you don’t want to use a SIM card. My girlfriend and I were both connected to the pocket WiFi pretty much the whole trip had no issues, plus the little router is cute! Will definitely use this service again, can’t wait to in fact!

We had a great time in Japan and we never had an issue with our Japan Wireless device. It worked from day 1 and they even included an external battery. I would definitely recommend them

The service was excellent, rarely dropped out and only for a few minutes in our entire 2 week trip. Highly recommend.

Half way though we dropped our device while walking and Kayo Yamamoto from customer service went above and beyond to locate it and help us with organising a replacement for only the delivery fee. She was amazing throughout the experience and we think you should be aware of her excellent work. Thank you again Kayo!

Thanks good service good connection

great value and service!

Each time I come back to Japan, I rent a wifi pocket from JW. I believe the prices are a little bit more expensive than others. But I never had any problems with the Customer Service who were very flexible. Once they did not charge me more when I was unable to return the pocket in time because of a flight issue. The Internet reception is ok for 4 devices.

Japan wireless was good. The only issue I had was the battery life of the device. The device I had the battery wouldn't last more than 5 hours, so it required me to carry around the charger which is an extra piece of property.

Great coverage, simple to use, highly recommended
