Each time I come back to Japan, I rent a wifi pocket from JW. I believe the prices are a little bit more expensive than others. But I never had any problems with the Customer Service who were very flexible. Once they did not charge me more when I was unable to return the pocket in time because of a flight issue. The Internet reception is ok for 4 devices.

Japan wireless was good. The only issue I had was the battery life of the device. The device I had the battery wouldn't last more than 5 hours, so it required me to carry around the charger which is an extra piece of property.

Everything was perfect with Japan wireless. You get your pocket wifi at the post service in the airport with an extra USB battery and an envelope to send it back at the end of your trip. The WiFi works everywhere (subway, bullet train).

I ordered a data only sim card and the pickup at the airport was very easy. The sim was easy to set up and I was very happy with the connectivity.

For a family of 4 including 2 teens, the internet connection was great wherever we travelled. However the device battery and the battery pack didn’t last long. Luckily we had our own portable battery.

Excellent customer service.

Could not have survived my Japan trip without this portable wifi. Easy to pick up and drop off. Totally worth it
