It is the second time that we use this product. Indispensable for a trip to Japan. Simple to pick up and return being able to leave it either at the airport or in various post offices.

This is the second time I am making use of Japan Wireless and their services. While their prices have gone up a bit, their service is reliable and their staff are very helpful in resolving any issues or answering any questions one might have.

I recommend their services to anyone trying to travel or work in Japan.

Pocket wifi is the best thing - always connected - for the whole family. Getting trains and other transport info quickly was so helpful. The support team at Japan wireless are also fabulous. Highly recommend.

For our 14 days trip to the land of the rising sun we needed a good internet connection. After some research I found out that Japan Wireless would fit me the best coverage and was the cheapest deal. A win-win!

After landing on KIX we walked straight out the arrival gate, walked 20 meters to the post-office where I was happily greeted by my friend for the next weeks. Easy to install, good English guides provided and also the return Envelop was included in the package.
By the way, when ordering the pocket WiFi I choose to also get a translation device for a small price. It's feels a bit unnatural in the beginnen but after 2 days we were scanning full Japanese menus in order to understand everything, part of the culture change hahaha but we loved the translator!

Back to the pocket WiFi, the only downside was that the free power bank wasn't strong enough to charge the pocket WiFi while it was on. Luckily my own stronger power bank could do this. Most of the time it lasted about 8h fully charged, sometimes less if we were using a lot of navigation apps & Pokemon Go 😅

So overall a great experience with the company and devices. 10/10 would rent again is we coming back (and for sure we will!)
