Super easy and convenient, everything is provided and super easy to understand. The portable charger is super handy too. If I travel to Japan again, I’ll definitely be using this service again.

Excelent service, I recomend it

the pocket WiFi is very easy access to use for any location in Japan where can be up on the mountain around Nagano Prefecture. the WiFi is very quick online and the battery is always good more than 6 hours in active with a good WiFi. Easy to carry in the pocket and the return package is included with the easiest procedure to drop off any post office in Japan.

Used this service twice now and it is excellent! Extremely convenient and reliable. Would not travel in Japan without now!

Excellent Experience

Quick to order via Internet. We had our device sent to our hotel with no issues. Easy to use and set up within seconds. Travelled to several areas in Japan and no issues, strength and speed were phenomenal. Great price and we highly recommend. Excellent is our review.
