I visited Japan for 9 days and having a portable wifi with you made life so much better especially when using public transportation. I recommend getting these if you’re ever visiting japan!

Made getting around Tokyo very easy. Thank you. Highly recommend your service.

Router arrived at hotel on time. Set up was easy, and never had a dead zone while we traveled from Tokyo to Osaka.

good！ always good signals

I found the service outstanding. Easy to order, pickup and return. I always internet service, even in very rural areas. I can highly recommend Japan wireless for your Internet needs.

super affordable and easy to use.

Easy pickup at Narita...worked well for 5days..easy return at Narita..Highly recommended to have while at Tokyo!

From ordering process, retrieving the device, to retuning process, all went smoothly and very easy. Device worked well for my cell phone and I did not have any difficulty connecting during my stay in Japan- mostly in Tokyo and a few days in Beppu (Kyushu). Highly recommended and will come back for it at next trip.
