Family of 4 rented a pocket wifi for our 2 weeks in Japan, it was a great choice! Great signal and easy to use. Highly recommended!

It’s a pleasant surprise that Japan wireless exceeded our expectations. They delivered it to our hotel as proposed and return was so simple and easy.

Very easy to install and reliable!

Very reliable, easy process for pickup and drop off. Best value for money. Definitely will rent again in the future.

Very easy and convenient to use and return.

Cheap and convenient to use. The only bad point is cannot pick up at KIX airport.

Exceeds my expectations. The WiFi signal is strong, and the battery lasts 8 hours. They also provide a power bank at no additional charge to ensure you stay connected throughout the day while exploring the city. I will use their service again next time I visit Japan.
