Very fast and available all the time

Very fast, reliable, easy to get and return!

Very easy to pick up and return. Great service.

Easy to order and easy to use. Very easy to return and includes all necessary info on how to use and how to return etc.

This wireless Wi-Fi was delivered to our hotel and I then returned it to the airport. So convenient! Also, it meant I had Wi-Fi through out Japan. If my children were nearby, they could connect too. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Don’t hesitate to use this service!

It was really helpful throughout all my trip. I only had one mishap, one afternoon the internet was not working, but just by resetting it, it came back.

Efficient, fast, strong signal.

Great service, no issues with coverage

Was recommended to use Japan Wireless by a Facebook group for my wifi needs and we couldn’t fault it at all. The connection was great and the service was affordable. Also liked the convienience of dropping off the pack at the airport once we were done.

Easy to collect and drop off, fantastic coverage throughout our trip around Japan. We would have been lost without it. Totally value for money.
