Very fast wift and works in every place we go in Japan. I like that it has a very long battery life and it comes with a battery pack too.

10/10!!! i always rely on japan-wireless when i go to Japan, this time around due to flight issues i was not able to pick up my pocket wifi for the day of the scheduled pick up but Japan wireless answered all my questions regarding my worries and i was able to rebook and pick up at one of their Tokyo offices and was greeted and helped by an amazing and welcoming staff! Thank you so much again i will continue to use the services offered by japan-wireless as they truly care about their costumers and go out of their way to provide the best assistance and accommodations possible. 10/10 !

Easy pick up at the airport kiosk and drop off in the mailbox just before the departures terminal. If traveling with a group and you don’t intend to separate from one another this is a good option. Experienced two instances of losing service. Three of us were connected at all times. Overall happy with the decision to use this. It was easy and cost effective.

Excellent service from start to end.

Recently traveled for three weeks from Tokyo to Hiroshima and back. Not one time did we run into an interruption or issue with the service. Would highly recommend no need for SIM cards.
