Extremely good. No problem. I works everywhere. Easy to get and give back
Easy website to navigate for booking the pocket wifi. Prompt confirmation email together with clear instructions to follow when we arrive in Japan.
So far so good - excellent company to deal with.
Easy to order and use. I liked that the device was delivered to my hotel and I could return at the airport!
Easy to use website. Has what I require.
Easy and quick to complete
Was easy to order, arrived at Hotel and was ready waiting, didn't have any issues while travelling, easy return at the airport. Would highly recommend.
I rent a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless as it is easy to pick up from NRT T1 and T2 from ABC or JAL luggage dispatch service counters on GF as I arrive. Although it is improving slightly, free WiFi coverage in Japan is not up to scratch which is far worth than Vietnam. Another issue is Free WiFi requires loggin and often instruction is either in Japanese or English which sometimes is difficult to follow. Buyig a Sim Card or E-sim is another option if you are solo travellor but the instructions regarding how to set it up could be tricky (I am literate in Japanese/English) as it may require a local mobile telephone number. If you are travelling with family (kids use mobile devices to play games, post selfies, talk to friends, etc., which adds up to a total usage) you can share the pocket WiFi with them, which is far more cost effective than paying for roaming fees for all telephones in your group. It is also easy to return it using a Japan Post package at the airport into the Japan Post mailbox. The WiFi service is fast and stable whereever you travel even up in Skanoyu Hotspring at the foot of Mt Hakkoda. However, the extremely remote places like Osorezan Bodaiji-Temple, Mutsu, Aomori Prefecture in Shimokita Peninsula was hard to get strong WiFi signal. I don't like the insurance which sounds threatening as the cost of equipment appears more than the market value but in the end I took partial coverage. I urge Japan Wireless to consider reasonable insurance coverage for all users (then I can give 5 stars). Overall, I recommend Japan Wireless pocket WiFi rental to cover all your needs to connected to the Internet during your trip in Japan.
the only complaint I had was it was confused which counter to pick up the device in Osaka airport. I could not find a counter called Japan Wireless like other pocket WIFI rental companies. I forgot what it called, something like JAL or JAB, so just be aware. Other then that, it works very well.
We ordered our mobile wifi online from home and had it delivered at our first hotel in Japan. Very comfy! We used it with 4 phones and it worked everywhere and the battery lasted the whole day. When we left Japan we put it in the envelope and posted it from the airport. Super easy and comfy! Good price also. We can recommend Japan Wireless!
Easy to find, easy to use. Good range
