It is so easy to order the router, pick up, and drop off. It works perfectly all throughout Japan.
Easy pick up and return of device! Fast internet
Easy to use. Quick set up. Charge and go.
We booked our pocket Wi-Fi online before we left home. Picked it up and the airport when we arrived. Great service and very convenient
Easy pickup and drop off
No problems. Very good directions. Product was there at my hotel when I arrived. I would use this service again when I am in Japan next.
Wifi connection was working very well and stable in the Tohoku region. Translator was a nice add-on and helpful despite producing sometimes funny and also misleading translations - it needs to be understood that this technology is just evolving, yet i would not want to miss it during my travels. Thanks!
