What else can I say, what a good service. Everything went perfectly. From the pick up at the airport to the drop off. On the second day, I found out that the charging cable was not working. A new cable was then quickly delivered to the hotel! I was really happy with this quick fix. The next time I’ll return to Japan I will definitely use the services of this company again.

We were able to use the portable wifi without any issues. Very easy to use and battery life can basically last the whole day. Signal is available in most parts of Osaka and Tokyo. I went to japan for 18 days (Tokyo and Kyoto) and it worked everyday flawlessly on my Galaxy S20 FE. I had to pay the 30 day-SIM (500mb per day). I used google maps, google searchs and also Instagram for uploading stories and everything was smooth. Recommended!
