Excellent service at Japan wireless office. The connection and speed were as fast as my home wireless, affordable, and easy return. I’ll definitely use them again when I come back to Japan

Worked great on my three week trip to Japan. We visited several areas and never had any disruption in service. Couldn’t recommend more!

We've been to Japan 3 times, and this was our first time getting a pocket wifi instead of relying on Starbucks hotspots. Affordable service and so convenient! Came with all the instructions needed for use as well as drop-off for the end of the trip. My only issue was that the little cord that came in our kit was worn out, so it was a bit loose and had to be positioned just right in order for our unit to charge properly. Consider packing your own 2xmicro USB charger if you have one, just in case!

Very easy transaction from picking up the device up to dropping it off. The internet connection is amazing and the pocket wifi last almost the day. I will absolutely booked this service again once I come back in Japan. 🙂

Pick up was so easy, as was set up. Everything you need is in the bag provided, including clear instructions on how to mail the device and accessories back. Wifi worked flawlessly for myself and my family for the 2 weeks we were in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. I loved it, would use again for sure!!

We had a great experience (our second) using Japan Wireless for our travels!

We used 2 boxes for our recent trip to Japan. One for my wife and 1 for myself. Primarily so we could be apart and still have coverage. Everything worked great. The only time it gave us issues is when we were queuing for DisneySea in the morning. No service despite full coverage. It was a bit stressful as we were trying to plan our day in the park. This all resolved once we got in the park and the crowd thinned out a bit. I think there were just too many people online in that area at that time. Other than that brief incident everything else worked perfect in every city we were in. 100% would use them again for future trips.

The unit worked well and held its charge all day. We had it for 3 weeks, and there were a couple times that we had to reset it as our connection was no longer working, but once reset it worked again. It was a great option for unlimited wifi for our 5 devices.
