Very efficient and easy to set up. Convenient, small enough to fit in a small handbag, no connection issues throughout our travel and the plug was handy. Was waiting for us at our hotel and convenient drop off in a post box at the airport.

We used the wifi box during our trip and it's great. So thanks a lot.
We also ordered a translation machine, but this one was outdated when you compare it with a translator app.

Easy and reliable internet connection. Pick up and drop off very easy from airport. I highly recommend service.

Super efficient and simple installation. Excellent coverage everywhere in Japan

Cheap Price and great coverage. Used it for my 1 month trip with my partner, we went to okinawa, kyushu and camper van in yamaguchi. Surprisingly still had connections deep within the mountain

Easy ordering and pickup process from Haneda Airport outside the Arrivals area. Drop off return process was easy as well, just needed some assistance finding the mailbox.

Faultless.
Picking up and dropping off at the airportbwas very easy and reliable.
The internet service was reliable, or if there was a problem it is easy to change to another wifi service.
