We were with 4 people on holiday in Japan. From picking up the device, using it and returning it is a smooth process. I would recommend it. A few small remarks; you need to stay together otherwise you are out of WIFI, If you want to split up as a group regularly it is better to rent more devices and you also need to be aware you need to carry the device all the time including a powerbank.

My cell phone is locked by my carrier, so getting a SIM card was not an option for me. The pocket wifi gave me everything I needed and it was easy to set up (literally took a minute). It wasn't necessarily the fastest speed, but it was consistent enough that I could use it anywhere, from my hotel to crowds, without having any issues. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Great WiFi and service!

This is a perfect deal. In the package, you will find the pocket wi-fi, the power bank and the charger. The pick up is really easy and same for the return.
The power bank has a very good battery and the coverage is really good. We used it for 2 mobile for 16 days and we were really satisfied. The service is really good and the price is convenient. All perfect!

The wifi signal was consistently strong, wherever we went. I always get Japan wireless everytime we go to Japan.
